LockBit Ransomware Developer Arrested in Israel

Rostislav Panev, a dual Russian-Israeli national, was arrested in Israel for his role in developing and distributing the LockBit ransomware. Panev, who confessed to his involvement, is facing extradition to the US to face charges alongside two other individuals.
