IBM to buy Oracle consultancy, and partner with L’Oréal

IBM is acquiring Applications Software Technology, an Oracle consultancy, to enhance its Oracle solutions and expand its public sector cloud transformation expertise. In parallel, IBM is partnering with L’Oréal to develop an AI model for cosmetic formulation and sustainability.
