The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has introduced an AI-powered chatbot designed to simulate interactions with foreign leaders, marking a significant advancement in intelligence analysis. This tool, developed under the leadership of CIA Director William J. Burns, aims to predict behavioral patterns, process extensive datasets, and foster partnerships with private sector innovators.
