Michigan casino chain forced to shut down after ransomware attack

Kewadin Casinos in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula are shut down following a ransomware attack that impacted multiple computer and phone systems. The Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians, which owns the casinos, is working to resolve the issue and expects a resolution within a week.
