CERT-UA Warns of UAC-0173 Attacks Deploying DCRat to Compromise Ukrainian Notaries

CERT-UA warns of renewed activity from UAC-0173, an organized criminal group, targeting Ukrainian notaries with DCRat malware. The attacks, starting in mid-January 2025, use phishing emails and various tools to compromise systems and propagate further. This activity follows previous exploits by UAC-0212, a sub-cluster of Sandworm, targeting supplier companies across Europe.
