Developer guilty of using kill switch to sabotage employer’s systems

Software developer Davis Lu was found guilty of sabotaging his former employer’s systems after being demoted. Lu used custom malware, deleted data, and implemented a “kill switch” that locked out thousands of employees when his account was disabled.
