Ubuntu security advisory (AV25-118) - Canadian Centre for Cyber Security

The Canadian Centre for Cyber Security has issued an important security advisory (AV25-118) on March 10, 2025, regarding multiple vulnerabilities in the Linux kernel affecting various Ubuntu versions. Between March 3-9, 2025, Ubuntu released security notices addressing these issues in Ubuntu 14.04 ESM, 16.04 ESM, 20.04 LTS, 22.04 LTS, 24.04 LTS, and 24.10. As cybersecurity professionals, we should prioritize reviewing these updates and implementing them promptly across our Ubuntu systems to maintain proper security posture.
