A new DDoS botnet, Eleven11bot, has compromised over 86,400 IoT devices globally, primarily targeting surveillance cameras and NVRs. The botnet, capable of generating substantial DDoS traffic, has significantly impacted the gaming and communication sectors. While the attacking IP addresses originate from Iran, definitive attribution remains unconfirmed.
