ETSI releases security standard for the quantum future - Help Net Security

ETSI released a post-quantum security standard, ETSI TS 104 015, defining Covercrypt, a hybrid Key Encapsulation Mechanism with Access Control (KEMAC). This standard ensures pre-quantum and post-quantum security through hybridization, allowing only authorized users to access sensitive data. The new solution is efficient, taking only hundreds of microseconds to encapsulate and decapsulate session keys.
