France Blames Russia for Cyberattacks on Dozen Entities - SecurityWeek
France’s cybersecurity agency, ANSSI, attributed cyberattacks on a dozen French entities to the Russian state-sponsored hacking group APT28. The attacks targeted government, administration, ministerial, aerospace, research, and financial organizations, as well as think-tanks. France condemned the attacks, stating they are contrary to UN norms of responsible state behavior in cyberspace.
