A $2.4 million class-action settlement was approved for a data breach at Somnia Inc., a medical management company. The breach compromised the personal records of over 400,000 patients, including 707 from a Somnia affiliate at Phelps Hospital. The settlement includes payments to claimants who suffered out-of-pocket losses and $1 million in attorney fees.
