External Payments Now Allowed by Apple App Store Following Court Injunction

Apple updated its App Store guidelines to allow external purchases following a court injunction in the Epic Games vs. Apple case. The injunction prohibits Apple from restricting developers from including links or buttons for external purchases and from interfering with users’ ability to make purchases outside the app.
