New Campaigns Distribute Malware via Open Source Hacking Tools - SecurityWeek

Two new campaigns were uncovered distributing malware through trojanized open source hacking tools on GitHub. The campaigns, attributed to threat actors Water Curse and Banana Squad, targeted red teams, cybercriminals, and developers, stealing credentials and providing remote access to compromised systems.
