A data breach at Ontario Health atHome, a provincial agency handling home and palliative care, compromised the data of 200,000 patients in March. The breach was not disclosed to patients until after it was brought to light by Liberal MPP Adil Shamji. The Minister of Health and Premier Doug Ford both stated they were unaware of the breach until recently.
