Dermatology, Imaging Hacks Expose 3.3 Million Patients' PHI

Anne Arundel Dermatology and Radiology Associates of Richmond reported separate hacking incidents affecting over 3.3 million patients. The breaches, involving network servers, compromised sensitive patient information including names, addresses, medical data, and insurance details. Both organizations are facing proposed federal class-action lawsuits related to the incidents.
