BadCam: Linux-based Lenovo webcam bugs enable BadUSB attacks

Eclypsium researchers discovered vulnerabilities in Lenovo webcams, dubbed BadCam, that allow attackers to remotely hijack and weaponize them as BadUSB devices. The flaws enable attackers to inject keystrokes, launch OS-independent attacks, and persistently re-infect hosts. Lenovo has released an updated installation tool with signature validation to address the issue.
