Dutch Investigators Blame Multiple Threat Actors on Hacks

Dutch investigators believe multiple threat actors, possibly Russian, were involved in a May breach of the country’s law enforcement network using a Citrix NetScaler flaw. The breach, which exploited a zero-day vulnerability, also targeted critical infrastructure organizations. The Dutch National Cyber Security Centre is investigating the extent of the attacks.
