Sensitive medical marijuana patient data exposed in major breach

Ohio Marijuana Card, a company processing medical marijuana recommendations, exposed nearly 1 million records containing sensitive patient information, including medical histories and Social Security numbers. The data breach, discovered by security researcher Jeremiah Fowler, included unencrypted information such as dates of birth, addresses, and medical histories. The company has removed the data and is conducting an internal investigation.
