A massive data leak from China’s Great Firewall revealed over 500GB of internal documents, source code, and operational details. The leak, originating from Geedge Networks and the MESA lab, exposes the architecture of a commercial censorship platform called ‘Tiangou’. This platform, used by ISPs and border gateways, has been exported to countries like Myanmar, Pakistan, Ethiopia, and Kazakhstan for mass internet censorship and surveillance.
