MUJI suspends online store due to logistics failure, reopening undecided - Impress Watch
Ryohin Keikaku has suspended operations of MUJI’s online store as of 21:00 on October 19 following a logistics system failure. The company has not yet announced when the e-commerce site will reopen. The disruption stems from Askul’s “system failure caused by a ransomware infection.” Askul Logist, a subsidiary of Askul, handles MUJI’s online store deliveries. Ryohin Keikaku confirmed that there is no indication MUJI itself was affected by ransomware.
