72 states sign first global UN Convention against Cybercrime - Help Net Security

The UN Convention against Cybercrime, the world’s first global treaty to combat cybercrime, has been signed by 72 states in Hanoi. This legally binding instrument aims to strengthen international cooperation, enhance capacity building, and establish global standards for electronic evidence collection and the criminalization of cyber-dependent crimes.
