More than ten million individuals had sensitive personal and health-related data stolen during a prolonged breach of Conduent’s systems. Attackers accessed the network in October 2024 and were only detected and removed in January 2025. Impacted information includes Social Security numbers, medical details, and insurance data. Conduent has begun notifying affected parties but is not offering identity-theft monitoring, instead advising credit checks and freezes. The company reports no confirmed fraudulent use to date.
