British pathology firm Synnovis is notifying healthcare providers of a data breach stemming from a June 2024 ransomware attack, after a complex forensics review. The attack, claimed by the Qilin ransomware group, disrupted patient care and led to blood shortages, with some stolen data including patient information and test results.
