An Indian hacker known as Trojan 1337 has reportedly breached Pakistan’s National Certainty Holdings (NCH), a part of the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, claiming to have accessed and leaked sensitive administrative and mapping records. The hacker stated the attack was in retaliation for the Delhi Red Fort blast on November 10, 2025.
