The hacking group ShinyHunters has been identified as the perpetrator behind a recent cyberattack targeting Salesforce instances through Gainsight applications. Salesforce has taken action by revoking authentication tokens and temporarily removing the Gainsight app from its marketplace, while Gainsight is cooperating with the investigation.
