Marketing and Compliance Software Vendor to Banks Breached

Marquis Software Solutions, a vendor for banks and credit unions, suffered a data breach after attackers exploited a vulnerability in their SonicWall firewall. The breach exposed personal information of at least 250,000 individuals, including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, and financial account information. Marquis has notified affected customers and enhanced its security controls to prevent future incidents.
