Microsoft releases OOB Windows updates to fix shutdown, Cloud PC bugs

Microsoft has released out-of-band updates for Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server to address critical bugs introduced by the January Patch Tuesday updates. These updates fix issues preventing access to Microsoft 365 Cloud PC sessions and resolve shutdown and hibernation problems on specific Windows 11 versions with Secure Launch enabled. The fixes are available for manual download and installation from the Microsoft Update Catalog.
