MITRE Releases New Cybersecurity Framework to Protect the Embedded Systems

MITRE has released the Embedded Systems Threat Matrix™ (ESTM), a new cybersecurity framework developed with the Air Force’s CROWS to protect critical infrastructure and defense technologies. This framework provides practical tools for identifying vulnerabilities and strengthening defenses in embedded systems, addressing a key security gap against sophisticated cyber threats.
