Comcast has reached a preliminary $117.5 million settlement to resolve lawsuits stemming from a 2023 data breach that affected over 30 million customers. If finalized, the settlement would offer impacted individuals three years of identity-theft protection and either expense reimbursement up to $10,000 or a $50 cash payment, though Comcast denies liability.
