ShinyHunters demands $1.5M not to leak Wynn Resorts data • The Register

The data-grabbing gang ShinyHunters is demanding $1.5 million in Bitcoin from Wynn Resorts not to leak over 800,000 employee records, including Social Security numbers and other private details. ShinyHunters claims to have gained access in September 2025 through an Oracle PeopleSoft vulnerability and has set a February 23 deadline for Wynn to respond.
