Cyberattack at IDC Frontier Disrupts Services Around Nation

IDC Frontier, a SoftBank subsidiary providing cloud services, said a ransomware attack on October 7 caused a system outage affecting 495 corporate and local government customers across Japan. The Tokyo-based company is still investigating the scale of the incident. The attack disrupted services nationwide.
