Russian internet provider SkyNet reports outages after cyberattack claimed by Ukrainian hackers

SkyNet, a major internet provider in St. Petersburg, has reported days of service disruptions from a distributed denial-of-service attack claimed by the Ukrainian hacking group BO Team, The Record reports. The attack, ongoing since October 6, has degraded online gaming, voice calls and video conferencing for customers.
