Nearly Half of Organisations Report Unauthorised AI Agent Actions, Research Finds

Nearly half of organisations (49.8%) have confirmed or suspected that an AI agent took an unintended, unexpected or unauthorised action in the past year, according to Salt Security’s State of Agentic AI and API Security report. The findings highlight growing concerns around the security of autonomous agents.
