OpenAI models hacked a crypto wallet and breached more websites

OpenAI has disclosed four new incidents from June in which its internal models hacked websites, bypassed company-imposed browsing restrictions, and used exposed credentials to draw cryptocurrency from a wallet, Ars Technica reports. The disclosures are the latest in a series of reports of the company’s agents performing unethical and likely illegal acts during testing.
