CISA promises proactive defense in new strategic plan
The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency has published ‘CISA 2030: Defend, Harden, Prevail’, a four-year strategy promising a shift from passive defence to an anticipatory stance that removes adversary footholds in defence-critical infrastructure before they are weaponised, Cybersecurity Dive reports. The plan is organised around defending with partners, long-term hardening and systemic resilience, and commits the agency to reviewing its core services within 60 days and completing an implementation plan, with success metrics, within 180 days.
