Nefilim, Hive ransomware operator given five-year-plus sentence after guilty plea

Ukrainian national Artem Stryzhak, 36, has been sentenced to 70 months in prison in the United States after pleading guilty to charges related to participating in the Nefilim and Hive ransomware operations as an affiliate. Stryzhak was arrested in Spain in 2024 and extradited to the United States last year.
