Warp discloses breach exposing AI agent logs, user telemetry data

Warp, an agentic development environment, has disclosed a breach in which agent decision logs and telemetry data belonging to its users were exposed in an attack on a third-party vendor in its infrastructure. Risky Business reports that, according to founder Zach Lloyd, the intruders used a swarm of AI agents to breach one of Warp’s infrastructure suppliers and stole agent trace and telemetry data from roughly 1% of the company’s customers.
