An employee of RIZAP, a Japanese fitness and health-guidance group, uploaded the health records of 726 people to a generative AI service on a personal, unapproved account on August 20, 2026, DataBreaches.net reports. The records were pulled from a health-guidance management system the company operates for insurers.
