Chainalysis Confirms Intrusion Into Internal Tools and Exposure of Customer Identity Data

Chainalysis says an external actor used offensive agentic techniques to access its internal tools and expose customer identity data, including names, email addresses, user IDs and organisational roles, The Hacker News reports. The company said the breach did not expose its investigation content, authentication credentials or session tokens.
