Name.com restores hijacked domains after attack hit at least 12 DeFi front ends

Name.com says hackers hijacked 15 customer domains, including at least 12 DeFi project websites, and that all of them have now been restored, Crypto Briefing reports. The hijacked sites served the Step Drainer wallet drainer, about $138,000 has been traced as stolen, and the registrar urged customers to review their DNS settings and enable two-factor authentication.
