‘No one will escape responsibility’: Belarusian hackers claim 23TB breach of Russian state data - including war loss files

The Belarusian Cyber Partisans and Silent Crow say they breached Rosstat, Russia’s state statistics service, between October 29 and November 1 and took about 23 terabytes of data, including files they claim cover Russian military losses in Ukraine. Rosstat confirmed its resources were attacked but denies any databases or protected information leaked, Russian prosecutors have opened a criminal investigation, and the hackers' data claims have not been independently verified.
