Canadian Extradited to US Over Cryptomining Hacks on University Supercomputers

A federal grand jury has indicted two Canadian men for hijacking university supercomputers to secretly mine Electroneum cryptocurrency, SecurityWeek reports. One of the two has been extradited to the United States.
