Chainalysis Breach Exposes All Users' Credentials, Forces Shutdown of Key Services

Chainalysis says its investigation into the agentic cyber attack on its systems has found that names, usernames, password hashes and live tokens for all users were also exposed, The Hacker News reports. The company removed access to its Reactor and Data Solutions services while investigating and says it still has no evidence that investigation data was accessed.
