More than half of 3,600 business decision-makers say the AI systems their teams use can act within defined rules without routine review, or finish whole processes with no human approval, according to a Vanson Bourne study reported by Help Net Security. At the same time, 87 percent of respondents said their organisation needs a better way to approve, monitor and control how AI is used.
