County of Sussex, New Jersey Notice of Data Privacy Incident

The Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey has disclosed that an unauthorised actor accessed its network between July 15 and July 22, 2026, and that files containing personal information were accessed and may have been taken. The exposed information includes names, Social Security numbers and driver’s licence or state-issued identification card numbers.
