Todyl IDs Foreign Threat Actors Using U.S. ISPs

Todyl, a cybersecurity company, has identified a 558% increase in BEC and account takeover incidents in 2024, with foreign threat actors using U.S.-based ISPs to evade geographic filters. The threat actors are positioning infrastructure within the United States to facilitate these attacks, making it difficult for law enforcement to identify and track.
