New Android Malware Mimics Chat App to Steal Sensitive Data

A new Android malware campaign, attributed to the APT group DONOT, targets users in South Asia with a fake chat app called “Tanzeem.” The malware, disguised as a legitimate chat platform, requests extensive permissions to access sensitive user data and device functions.
