Coast Guard suffers data breach, impacting pay for 1,135 members

The U.S. Coast Guard’s payroll system experienced a data breach, impacting the direct deposit account routing information of 1,135 members. The Coast Guard is investigating the incident, expediting pay for those affected, and will restore Direct Access service on February 19th.
